Junior Development Program

What we do for our Junior lifters

We take every step to ensure we offer our Junior lifters guidance, and the safest environment to ensure their steady development and progress. 

How it works

Our Junior Development Program is a unique platform.

Our Junior members range from 13 to 17 years of age. 

We give our juniors everything they need to learn how to lift with the correct technique in a safe and supportive environment. 

What we do for the Junior lifters

We provide our Junior lifters with a full training program to follow for each session they attend at the Strength Academy. The programs are constructed with joint stability, coordination, core strength, progression, adaptation and recovery as the core principles.

Training sessions are always monitored by our club coach, Andy. His primary focus is the safety of the lifter and correct technique. This is the foundation of development.
